tape sounds pretty early, probably 1995, in hillcrest house, su on flute and two guitars-- sounds like cyd on drums for little babies? probably gabrio on bass for crazy jam stuff, though it could also be carlo or I-- so much craziness it's hard to tell. i'm pretty sure that's cyd on drums throughout though, none of us had that basic control over sticks. what the hell kind of weed were we smoking back then? this shit is crazy. all 1-track mono until end of third eye-- did i accidentally tape over something? then little babies, where a second track (backing vocs?) kicks in. back to mono after that, until 'trees' comes along with some slide overdubbing? dana's choate sweatshirt gets a shoutout at the beginning of trees.
